1. Who we are

LoopNWX ("LoopNWX," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Kettimalli Solutions ("Kettimalli Solutions," "the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LoopNWX website, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and current.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on LoopNWX ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Kettimalli Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where it has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• Contains malware or is intended to disrupt the Service; or
• Impersonates another person or entity without authorization.

5. Copyright

You may only upload content that you own or that you have express permission to use, including music, video clips, and images imported from other platforms. Copyright infringement is strictly prohibited on LoopNWX. If we determine, in our sole discretion or in response to a valid complaint, that content infringes another party's copyright, we may remove that content without prior notice to you. Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or permanently banned. 6. Paid features and advertising

LoopNWX offers optional paid features, including running ad campaigns through our Ads Manager. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe); by funding a campaign you also agree to that processor's terms. Amounts charged reflect the budget you set at checkout. Campaign delivery is not guaranteed to any specific audience size or outcome.

7. Calls, meetings, and spaces

Voice and video features (direct calls, group calls, scheduled meetings, and Space voice rooms) connect you in real time with other users you choose to interact with, or who share a group, meeting, or space with you. You are responsible for your own conduct during these sessions and for obtaining consent before recording any call, where applicable law requires it.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or deactivate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service altogether, with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Kettimalli Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
