Copyright Policy

1. Our commitment to copyright

LoopNWX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. You may only upload photos, videos, reels, and audio that you own, that are in the public domain, or that you have express permission to use — including music or clips originally posted on other platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Dubsmash, or YouTube Shorts. Uploading content without the necessary rights is a violation of these Terms, and copyright infringement will not be tolerated.

If we determine, whether through our own review or in response to a valid complaint, that content infringes another party's copyright, we may remove it without prior notice. This policy explains how to report suspected infringement, how an affected uploader can dispute a takedown, and what happens to accounts that infringe repeatedly.

2. Takedown process

If you believe content on LoopNWX infringes your copyright, you or your authorized representative can submit a report using the Report Copyrightoption in the "More" menu on any post, or via the form linked at the bottom of this page. A valid report should include:

  • Your name, email address, and company (if reporting on behalf of an organization);
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • The URL of the infringing content on LoopNWX and, where available, a URL to the original work;
  • A description of the alleged infringement;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
  • Your digital signature (your typed full legal name).

Once submitted, you'll be asked to confirm your email address. After confirmation, your report enters our moderation queue as Pending. Our team reviews the report (Under Review), and may request additional information (Need More Info) if the report is incomplete. If we determine the report is valid, we approve it, remove the infringing content, and notify the uploader. If we determine it is not valid, we reject it and notify the reporter of the outcome.

3. Counter notification process

If your content was removed following a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed in error — for example, because you own the rights, have a license, or the use qualifies as fair use — you may submit a counter notification. A counter notification should include:

  • Your full name and email address;
  • A statement explaining why you believe the content should not have been removed;
  • Any evidence supporting your right to use the content (e.g. a license, permission, or proof of ownership);
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate; and
  • Your digital signature.

Our team reviews every counter notification. If we accept it, the content is restored and the strike associated with the takedown is reversed. If we reject it, the removal stands and the original reporter is notified that a counter notification was considered.

4. Repeat infringer policy

LoopNWX tracks copyright strikes on every account. In accordance with our repeat infringer policy:

  • 1st violation: Warning — no change to account access.
  • 2nd violation: The account is suspended for 7 days.
  • 3rd violation: The account is permanently banned.

A strike that results from a takedown later reversed through a successful counter notification is removed from the account and does not count toward this policy.

5. Reporting infringement or filing a counter notification

To report copyright infringement, use the Report Copyrightoption from the "More" menu on the post in question. To file a counter notification, respond to the removal notification sent to your account. For anything else related to this policy, contact Kettimalli Solutions through the details provided on your account or company website.
